Sometimes there are problems with Applications. These problems are always resolvable if the Application is received by the Deadline, which is two weeks prior to the event.
Since your Registration Fee is fully refundable up to the Deadline, we encourage you for your convenience and ours to register as early as possible.
All issues of Registration Protocol are addressed in materials available on this site. No other source is official.
No one else can presume to speak for Race Management, and you should rely on no source of information other than this site or the Race Director.

We recognize and try to make allowance for the fact that ultrarunners are generally an overtrained and a spaced-out lot.
We sometimes accept late entries if they don't interfere with preparations for those entrants who actually followed instructions and registered on time. Should you decide after the Deadline you want to enter, you must expedite your entry.
Late entries leave no margin for error, since you've squandered the time it takes to fix them. Late entries without signatures or other requirements will not process, and your late oversights will never become Race Management's problem.
A list of late entrants is kept. Repeat problem entrants will eventually be turned away.
Warning: The Race Director personally handles late entries, and may evaluate your character flaws as a free service.
